OSR Protocol Inc. ("we," "us," "our") is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. This policy describes how we handle information when you interact with osrprotocol.com and the $OSR token presale.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet to participate in the presale, we receive your public wallet address. This is a blockchain address, not a personal identifier. We use it solely to process your presale transaction and verify eligibility.

Geographic attestation. We collect your confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements (non-US, non-Canadian person). We store this attestation response as part of our compliance records.

Transaction data. All presale transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. We do not collect additional transaction data beyond what is recorded on-chain.

Website analytics. We may collect anonymized usage data (page views, referral sources) through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• Names, email addresses, or physical addresses
• Government-issued identification
• Financial account information
• Social media profiles
• Device fingerprints or advertising identifiers

4. How We Use Information

• Processing presale transactions
• Verifying geographic eligibility attestations
• Maintaining compliance records as required by applicable law
• Improving the website and user experience

5. Data Storage

Attestation records are stored securely and retained for the duration required by applicable BVI regulations. On-chain transaction data is stored permanently on the Solana blockchain and is not within our control to modify or delete.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process in the British Virgin Islands or any jurisdiction with lawful authority.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us at dev@osrprotocol.com to request information about any data we hold related to your wallet address, or to request deletion of off-chain records where permitted by law. On-chain data cannot be deleted as it is part of the public blockchain.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
